You can also withdraw the required materials from your quest inventory, which allows you to specify what Quality you want to use. You will need to place the required items onto the 3D blueprint. Once you select something that you wish to synthesize, you will see a 3D blueprint of it above the synthesis table. Synthesizing equipment will require items that are found via playing Public Events or looted from chests, with higher Rarity items requiring more, and additionally requiring loot that is dropped by the mobs of a given region. Note that the synthesis recipes listed perks actually specifically say they will be tier 1. Synthesized equipment will always be Regular Quality, meaning the perks on it will always be tier 1. Anything Epic or Legendary will also have one Active Perk which will be randomly assigned depending on what equipment slot the crafted item is for. Anything Rare or better will also have a second randomly assigned Passive Perk.

Available Levels are determined by the level range of whatever Region the Synthesis machine is located in. Tables will usually offer a set of Uncommon gear and a set of Rare gear two levels greater. No recipes must be learned in order to synthesize gear. The new gear is synthesized from Quest Items you have collected (for example, Dancing Sparks). It is a process which allows you to craft new Equipment at Synthesis Tables found throughout the world of Zenith. Synthesis is an activity that any player can do in Zenith.
